These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fortress Engineering Group LLC (“Fortress”, “we”, “us”) website at www.fortressengineeringgroup.com and the ways you may contact us through it. By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Our services

Fortress Engineering Group LLC provides structural inspections, structural engineering and architectural services in Florida and Georgia. Information on this website is general and is not engineering advice for any specific property. Engineering and architectural services are provided only under a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which will govern that work.

2. Website forms and contact

When you submit a contact or inspection request form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you about your request by phone, email or, if you have opted in, text message. Submitting a form does not create an engagement or reserve an inspection date until we confirm it.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program description. When you opt in by checking the text-message consent box on one of our website forms, or by replying START or YES to a message from us, Fortress Engineering Group may send you text messages about your inquiry and project: scheduling and appointment confirmations, reminders, questions about your request, and follow-ups from our office. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by project; typically a few messages around each appointment.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@fortressengineeringgroup.com, or call (904) 821-7300.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, images, drawings, logos and reports — belongs to Fortress Engineering Group LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortress Engineering Group LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under a signed service agreement.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
